These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the DELTI platform (“DELTI”) provided by DELTI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using DELTI, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using DELTI.

Applicable Jurisdiction

DELTI operates within the jurisdiction of Algeria, and this Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria.

Services and Commission

Delti offers a platform that allows customers to book various services provided by businesses. Please note the following terms regarding services and commission:

• Service Booking: Customers can browse and book services through the Delti app. The availability of services is subject to the discretion of the business owners.
• Commission: In certain activities, a commission fee is applicable for service bookings. This commission is paid by the customer and is in addition to the service charges. The commission amount may vary depending on the type of activity.
• Commission-Applicable Activities: The commission is only applicable to specific activities as determined by Delti. These activities will be clearly indicated in the app and during the booking process.
• Commission Exemption: Some activities may be exempt from the commission fee, and customers will be able to book these services without any additional charges.
• Payment: Customers are responsible for paying both the service charges and the applicable commission fee. The payment is made directly to the business owner upon completion of the service. Delti does not process any payments between customers and businesses.
• Commission Collection: Delti collects the commission fee from the business owners as part of their participation on the platform. This commission helps support and maintain the Delti service.

User Profiles and Payments

a. Customer Profiles: DELTI creates customer profiles based on phone numbers and allows users to choose any desired name for their profiles. This helps to uniquely identify customers and streamline the booking process.

b. Payment Process: Customers are required to pay the service provider directly after the completion of the service. DELTI does not handle payments for services. However, to continue using DELTI, businesses are required to maintain an active plan by making the necessary payments, including the plan amount and commission fee, using valid payment methods.

User Responsibilities

a. Customers: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using DELTI, including personal details and contact information. You agree to comply with the terms and policies set forth by the businesses you book through DELTI.

b. Business Owners: You are responsible for delivering the services as booked by customers through DELTI. You agree to honor the bookings made and comply with any additional terms or requirements specified by the customers.

Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using DELTI, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to DELTI, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by DELTI. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials from DELTI without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of your use of DELTI, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated through DELTI, and your continued use of DELTI after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to DELTI at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DELTI regarding your use of DELTI and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.

By using DELTI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using DELTI.
